Visitors may submit general inquiries through the contact form regarding potential work or business opportunities.

The Site is informational and does not constitute a bid, contract, offer, or acceptance of any offer. No content on the Site should be relied upon as a binding proposal, quotation, or guarantee of pricing, availability, or scheduling. All actual bids, proposals, and contracts are governed by separate written agreements and, where applicable, the public agency's bidding rules and contract documents.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Upload viruses, malicious code, or unlawful content.
  • Use the Site to infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

3. Contact Form Submissions

Any information you submit through the contact form is provided at your own risk and is subject to our Privacy Policy. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract or guarantee a response, project award, or business relationship. It is not a substitute for formal bid, procurement, or prequalification processes required under applicable public agency bidding rules.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, project photography, project descriptions, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to FLO Engineering and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing on the Site modifies, supersedes, or supplements the terms of any executed construction contract, subcontract, purchase order, or public agency bidding document. In the event of any conflict between Site content and an executed contract, the executed contract governs.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FLO Engineering, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or submission of false or misleading information.
